Outpatient Sports and Orthopedic Facility seeking full or part-time Physical Therapist.

Fairfax Family Physical Therapy has been in business since 2004. The office is located in the quaint town of Fairfax, Vermont, just 30 minutes north of Burlington and 20 minutes from Smugglers’ Notch and the Green Mountains for hiking and biking.

Treatment facilities include an aquatic center with an underwater treadmill, a biodex balance system machine, 2 private treatment rooms, 2 open treatment rooms, and a large gym area.
